The Kasai Japanese grill is a professional version designed with a reinforced stainless steel structure, ideal for chefs specialising in Japanese cuisine.
Compact and extremely robust, it combines a high quality chassis with a vermiculite coating, a natural mineral that reflects heat towards the grill, guaranteeing a stable and intense temperature.
With a heat insulation of up to 3.5°C, the Kasai is a perfect choice for the chef.
With superior thermal insulation to traditional ceramic grills, the Kasai allows charcoal to burn longer with minimal leakage, withstanding temperatures of up to 1,200°C / 2,200°F.
Its reflective tiles are lightweight and easy to transport, as well as being replaceable and environmentally friendly.
Recommended for use with Binchotan charcoal, this grill enhances the natural flavours of food without adding external flavourings.
Available in different sizes and with optional accessories, it is perfect for professional kitchens, buffets or caterers looking for efficiency, durability and elegant presentation.
