Blenders and juicers

Our low revolution juicers and juice extractors are known as slow juicers. This type of equipment appeared on the world market in 2014 and has been popularised until today by a multitude of brands, but has become essential equipment in the professional kitchen and cocktail bar, as it allows you to extract the maximum amount of nutrients and intense flavour from fruits and vegetables without adding air to their texture or oxidising them. Discover in this section our wide range of possibilities and choose the method that best suits your specific needs.

How do our juicers and juice extractors work?

Low speed (40 rpm) juicers and juice extractors process fruits and vegetables to separate the juice from the pulp, resulting in fresh, concentrated drinks. While blenders grind the ingredients by scraping and centrifuging at very high speed, extracting juices and juice with a lot of air and foam that greatly diminish the taste and quality of the juice. Slow Juicers, on the other hand, are machines that squeeze the fruit thanks to an internal screw that extrudes the pulp, separating all the moisture from the pulp or fibre and recovering the juice by passing it through a fine metal strainer where a second press and emulsion is carried out to create a homogeneous mixture. With this technology we obtain a clear juice with a total respect of the colour, avoiding the maximum deoxidation to be able to enjoy a genuine flavour.

At 100%Chef we offer you different methods to achieve quality results. Our manual screw press Torchietto extracts the juice of tomato, uca, peach or soft fruits without adding temperature; Omega Megamouth squeezes whole fruits at low speed to maintain their flavour and density, and our professional Omega Horizontal crushing extractor that chews the vegetable fibres several times before discarding the pulp to extract all their nutrients.

These are just some of the options in our comprehensive catalogue, designed to make the most of the increasingly popular juicing process. Our experts will be able to guide you in choosing the best option and how to get the most out of your purchase.
