How to frost a glass?
At 100%Chef we have different models of CoolBar®, which allow us to bring a glass to -45ºC instantly. Having a conical shape and a concentrated jet, they make it possible to work with glasses of original shapes, so they meet all the needs of a professional bartender.
In addition, some versions can be combined with our Dry Ice Black for making dry ice, perfect for chilling drinks while achieving impressive visual effects in their presentation.
