What is 100%Ingredients?
100%Ingredients presents a wide range of products, with around 200 references covering texturisers, thickeners, pure pastes, pralines, freeze-dried products, clarifiers, Oblat® in different formats, preservatives, technological sugars and much more.
We have divided our new line into two families, offering a selection of technical ingredients ideal for creating smooth, creamy and frothy textures, as well as gastronomic ingredients that allow you to add useful elements to enhance culinary presentations.
In 100%Ingredients you will find everything you need to make cooking, ice cream, confectionery, cocktails and liqueurs easier.
What are technical ingredients?
Ingredients designed to facilitate the modification of the texture of the preparations. Their flavours are neutral or almost neutral, designed not to alter the taste or characteristics of the products they work with.
Thanks to their textualising capabilities, these ingredients can:
- To be applied as a texture booster.
- Provide a capacity that is absent in the ingredients used.
- Offer stability and homogeneity that is difficult to achieve in traditional ingredients.
