Which model of CoolBar glass cooler should i choose for my restaurant?
13/12/2017
We received several requests from our customers to learn more about the differences between our three CoolBar models, and to help them choose the best option for their needs. For this purpose, we have put together a short presentation summarising their differentiating features.
What are the differences between the three Coolbars?
Called CoolBar 1, it is our fastest dry ice cup freezer on the market. This high-performance cup freezer allows you to work very quickly. It has been designed for the production of a large volume of cups. It can be used in places where noise is irrelevant, such as clubs, bars, discotheques, where music can cover the noise. What the customer is looking for is speed and showmanship.
It is ideal for cocktail bars and party venues, especially for live music bars and discotheques. Because of its speed, the CoolBar 1 is the bartender’s favourite.
Now, we also offer the CoolBar classic customised. Allowing you to place your brand logo with a minimum of 10 units.
CoolBar 2
The new CoolBar 2 is particularly quiet and allows high performance in hotel bars, restaurants, cocktail bars and more discreet places, where it is important to preserve silence. CoolBar 2 is equipped with a dry ice generator, the Dry Ice Black, which, screwed into the CO2 outlet, allows the production of pellets or commonly known as dry ice pellets of 30 grams. The bartender will be able to cool glasses or produce pellets indistinctly and on demand in front of the customer.
For this condenser, we also have accessories such as the Dry Ice Pellet Moulder, to mould pellets in the form of cubes, pellets to serve with our Dry-Ice Mixer, and to present your creations scenographically, such as drinks, desserts, appetizers.
Descubre nuestro nuevo carro Gin Tonic Trolley
And finally we present our new Gin Tonic Trolley, which has a CoolBar with battery installed, being now possible to take the show in front of the customer and at his own table, freezing the glasses before serving the drink.
Terraces, restaurants, or beach bars can be the perfect setting to use CoolBar TROLLEY.
It is important to remember that all our CoolBars are equipped with a consumption reduction system, reducing consumption by up to 30% compared to other coolers available on the market. We remind you that to work you need a CO2 bottle equipped with a probe tube.
