Terms & Conditions
| Terms | C.O.D.: Terms are based upon approval of credit application. Credit terms are strictly enforced. Orders will not be released if a balance is past due. |
| Delivery Minimum | Minimum order for local delivery is $300. Delivery outside of the Metro New Orleans Area requires a $500 minimum order. |
| Price Changes | Prices are subject to change without notice. Please understand that it is not always possible to notify customers of sudden price fluctuations in commodity markets. |
| Special Order Items | We will make every effort to obtain a specific product for established customers; however, we ask that you allow us sufficient time to do so. |
| Claims & Returns | All claims for damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. No claims or returns will be accepted without proper authorization. A 25% restocking charge will be applied to all returned undamaged merchandise. No returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days. |
| Returns | Any check returned for insufficient or uncollected funds will be charged $28.00. |
