Use of the website www.100x100chef.com and making purchases through it implies full and unreserved acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
1.IDENTIFICATION AND PURPOSE
COCINA SIN LÍMITES S.L. (CSL), with Tax ID No. B64888860, is the owner of the website. A selection of products is offered through 100x100chef.com, each with its own detailed information sheet (description, options or variables) and prices reviewed by CSL. If any pricing errors are detected, the customer will be informed at the time of order confirmation and before processing.
For purchases made from countries outside the European Union, CSL will not be responsible for local taxes, tariffs or customs clearance fees.
2. PURCHASE CONDITIONS
The use of services and the making of purchases through the website presupposes the acceptance of these conditions. CSL reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, both these conditions and the prices of the products, and may update them even on a daily basis depending on exchange rate variations or supplier requirements.
Likewise, CSL reserves the right not to fulfil an order due to force majeure. In such a case, the customer will be notified as soon as possible by email, and if payment has already been made (by credit card or bank transfer), the full amount will be refunded.
If a purchase is made by telephone or email, it will be understood that the customer is aware of and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Purchase Process
The process for making a purchase is as follows:

4. PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
4.1 Payment Methods

- After confirming the purchase, you will receive an email with the details necessary to make the transfer. It is essential to include the order number in the reference field. You have a maximum of 10 days to make the transfer; after this period, CSL does not guarantee the availability of stock.

- No additional fees apply. The charge will be made immediately before the goods are shipped.
- Shipping by E-mail:
- This method is intended for orders that require coordination with distributors or special conditions. Once the order is received, a proposal will be sent to you to coordinate payment and delivery.
- Proforma:
- A detailed proforma will be sent to the customer with the complete order and the total amount to be paid. Once the customer accepts the proforma, he/she must proceed to make the corresponding payment in order for the order to be processed.
4.2 Promotions
Current promotions will be announced on the website and may be subject to specific conditions.
5. SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight, volume and destination of the order, and are not included in the price of the products.
- Management and Delivery Time:
- International Shipments:
- Orders to countries outside Spain and Portugal will be sent via DHL, with an approximate international transit time of 7 days from receipt of payment or order confirmation, not including possible delays due to customs procedures.
- Shipments to Spain and Portugal:
- Orders for Spain and Portugal will be made through the Tipsa service, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.
- Door-to-Door Service:
- Delivery is made directly to the address indicated. If it is impossible to make contact, a notice will be left to arrange a new delivery. You can request the tracking number at any time.
- Insured Shipping Option:
- You have the option of purchasing insured shipping if you consider it necessary.
6.TAX POLICY
- Purchases in the European Union:
- If you are a company and have a valid VAT number, you must enter it correctly during the registration process. In this case, the system will detect it automatically and you will be exempt from paying taxes, which will not be reflected in the final price.
- Otherwise, the corresponding VAT will be applied (for example, 4% for books and 21% for all other products).
- Exports:
- For purchases outside the European Union, the transaction is exempt from VAT. However, the buyer will be responsible for taxes, duties and other expenses derived from customs clearance in their country.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
CSL guarantees the absolute confidentiality of the personal data provided in the purchase process, which will be incorporated into a database exclusively owned and used by the company. 9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any controversy or conflict arising from their interpretation or fulfilment, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Province of Barcelona.
