Redmond Fine Foods acts as the appointed distribution partner for 100%Chef products in Ireland. 100%Chef is the product brand and manufacturer. All contracts for the purchase of 100%Chef products in Ireland are entered into with Redmond Fine Foods Limited.

2. Professional Use and Consumer Purchases

Redmond Fine Foods primarily supplies products for professional use within the hospitality, foodservice and related sectors.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of business unless they expressly state otherwise.

Where a customer purchases as a private individual and qualifies as a consumer under Irish law, nothing in these Terms shall affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

– products supplied are intended for professional use and handling

– product specifications and suitability are assessed by reference to professional standards

– Redmond Fine Foods does not accept responsibility for suitability for domestic or non-professional use

3.Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are provided for guidance. While reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy, errors may occur.

If an error in pricing or description is identified, the customer will be informed prior to order acceptance.

Prices may change without notice due to supplier costs, currency movements or availability. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Orders may be placed through authorised Redmond Fine Foods sales channels, including sales representatives and approved online platforms.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when the order is confirmed or dispatched by Redmond Fine Foods.

Redmond Fine Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing error or force majeure.

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Exchanges Policy applicable to 100%Chef products supplied by Redmond Fine Foods.

VAT will be applied in accordance with Irish and EU tax regulations.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or charges arising from export or cross-border transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product designs, images and intellectual property relating to 100%Chef products remain the property of their respective owner.

No licence is granted to use any trademarks or designs beyond normal use of the products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redmond Fine Foods shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Force Majeure

Redmond Fine Foods shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier failure, transport disruption, severe weather or system failure.

12. Modifications

Redmond Fine Foods reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.

Continued use of the website or purchase of products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

The Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or the supply of goods.
