Beyond the simple detection and repair of breakdowns, we provide fast, efficient and guaranteed preventive maintenance. We are the official technical service for the brands Pacojet, Excalibur, Ocoo, Omega, Enzyme+, mychef, Vesta, among others, as well as for our own brands. This department is also an integral part of our R+D+i, which allows us to have an in-depth knowledge of all the characteristics and particularities of our equipment.
Stock and Continuous Training
We have a large permanent stock of original spare parts and accessories for the different brands we represent, thus guaranteeing a fast and reliable response. In addition, our team participates in a continuous programme of training and product updates, which accredits us as the official technical service for each of the firms.
Equipment Registration and Warranty
Registering your equipment in our online database is a guarantee of quality. You will find the link in a QR code on the packaging or user manual. This registration allows us to detect possible incidents and make the warranty of your equipment official in a long-lasting way.
International Support
Our technicians, beyond the repair and maintenance of your equipment, are trained to be able to advise you on any questions or incidents of use, either through video calls or generated support material, such as exploded diagrams or support videos.
