RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Application

These conditions apply to all products purchased through 100x100chef.com. You may request a refund or exchange of a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including labels and accessories.

 

2. Procedure for Requesting a Return or Exchange

2.1. Prior Notification

Before sending any product, you must notify us of your intention to return or exchange the item. To do so, contact our customer service department via:

Once we have received the request and verified that it is being made within the deadline, we will send you a form that you must complete and include in the package to be returned.

2.2. Data to be provided

In your communication, please include the following information:

  • Full name or company name with which you made the purchase.
  • Order number.
  • Product(s) to be returned or exchanged, with reference number and quantity.
  • Reason for the request.
  • Photographs of the product (and, where appropriate, of the packaging) showing its condition.

2.3. Packaging and Shipping

  • Condition of the product: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, unused and with its original packaging intact.
  • Shipping costs:
    • In the case of an exchange or return requested for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
    • If the product received is incorrect or faulty, 100x100chef will cover the return shipping costs and will process the exchange or refund at no additional cost.

 

3. Processing and deadlines

3.1. Receipt and Verification

Once the product has been received at our facilities, we will proceed to verify its condition.

  • Refund: If you choose to return the product and your request is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund process will be carried out within a maximum period of 24 to 48 hours from verification, although the final time will depend on the banking entity.
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange and the request is approved, we will send the new product to replace the returned one as quickly as possible.

3.2. Breach of Conditions

If the product does not meet the conditions (for example, if it is used, damaged or in packaging other than the original), we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. In that case, we will contact you to offer you alternatives, which may require you to pay for the replacement shipment.

 

4. Special Cases

  • Incorrect or Defective Product:
  • If you receive a product that does not correspond to what you have ordered or that has manufacturing defects, inform us immediately. In these cases, 100x100chef will cover the shipping costs for the return and will manage the exchange or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Error in the Request:
  • If the request is made outside the 14-day period or without respecting the indicated conditions, 100x100chef reserves the right not to proceed with the exchange or refund.
