Terms of Purchase

This policy applies to 100%Chef products supplied by Redmond Fine Foods Limited to professional customers in Ireland.

  1. General

100%Chef products are supplied for professional use. Returns and exchanges are therefore subject to strict controls.

  1. Reporting Issues

Any issues relating to delivery, damage, defects or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact info@redmondfinefoods.ie and include the invoice number, product details and supporting photographs where applicable.

  1. Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges may be considered where:

– goods are damaged in transit

– incorrect items are supplied

– products are defective on arrival

Items must be unused and returned in original condition, where applicable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

– change of mind

– normal wear and tear

– misuse or incorrect handling

– customised or special-order items

  1. Resolution

Subject to inspection, Redmond Fine Foods may offer a replacement, credit note or refund. The method of resolution is at the discretion of Redmond Fine Foods.
