How can I request a quote?

You can easily request a quote through our website. Just follow the same steps as placing a regular order and, at the end of the process, instead of selecting a payment method, choose the option ‘Request a Quote’.

What does the quote include?

The quote will detail the requested products and, whenever possible, will include the most economical shipping option, ensuring the best available price.

What is a proforma invoice?

A proforma invoice is a document that provides a detailed quote for the items and shipping costs before confirming your order. It allows you to know the estimated total cost, including products and shipping, before making the payment.

How can I confirm a proforma invoice?

If you wish to confirm the proforma, you must make the payment by bank transfer. The details for the transfer will be indicated in the document.

Does requesting a proforma invoice imply any commitment?

No, requesting a proforma invoice does not imply any commitment. Products are not reserved or considered orders until payment is confirmed.

What is the validity of the proforma invoice?

The proforma is valid for one month from the date of issue. During this period, the prices and conditions indicated will remain in force.

Returns and Exchanges

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?

The period to request an exchange or return is 15 days from the receipt of the order.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an item that does not match your order, 100%Chef will cover the shipping costs and arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.

Who is responsible for the shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return?

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect.

How can I request an exchange or return?

Before sending the product, you must notify us. If your request is within the allowed time frame, we will send you a form that must be completed and included in the package. You can contact us at web@100x100chef.com or call us at +34 93 429 63 40.

What is the time frame for making a return or exchange?

The period to request an exchange or return is 15 days from the receipt of the order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will process the return within a maximum period of 24 to 48 hours. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Are there any requirements for returning a product?

Yes, the product must be in the same condition as it was received: unused and in its original packaging.

Orders

Can I modify an order?

Orders can only be modified if they have not yet been processed. If you have already received a processing or shipping confirmation email, it will not be possible to make changes.

How can I check the status of my order?

The status of your order can be processed, shipped or delivered. You should have received an email with an update on the status.
If you haven’t received it, send us an email to web@100x100chef.com with your order reference and we will send it to you again.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

We can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it and request a refund. In that case, we will send you a cancellation form, and the cost of return shipping will be at your expense.

Can I customise a product?

Yes, at 100%Chef we offer the possibility to customise some products, such as tableware, catering and tools.
Important: Customised products cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been confirmed. If you would like more information, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
