Discover everything about the new Pacojet 4
12/01/2023
In 2023, Pacojet will launch the latest, completely revamped version of one of the most iconic machines in gastronomy.
Created in 1992 and acquired this year by the SEB Group, owner of brands such as TEFAL, KRUPS, MOULINEX, WMF, among many others.
Pacojet has entrusted 100%Chef as the exclusive importer and technical service provider for its launch in Spain.
Designed entirely from scratch by Swiss engineers, this new Pacojet 4 once again breaks the mould of the competition. Its innovative patented mechanics incorporate improvements in this new version that solve recurring problems and achieve unprecedented quality in micro-shaving of frozen food (-18°/ -22°C) by incorporating extra pressure to achieve a truly surprising texture.

Its new JET Mode allows you to freeze-dry the entire beaker in just 90 seconds, which is one of the best advantages of this new Pacojet 4, making it the fastest and most powerful on the market.
What’s more, thanks to its innovative engineering, the Pacojet 4 is ultra-quiet and discreet. The top professionals who work with these machines know what we’re talking about. Its noise level (76.4dB) is infinitely lower than previous models, making it possible to have this machine in any public-facing establishment without having to worry.
In short, the PACOTISE® concept that has made the brand famous is the special technology that allows the aromas of the ingredients to be intensified and the colours to be preserved during the process, creating ultra-fine and fluffy textures and providing a unique taste experience that can be repeated at any time at the touch of a button.
Despite its price, Pacojet 4 is an ultra-cost-effective machine that allows you to recoup its cost in less than a year thanks to savings on ice cream ingredients, the purchase of pre-prepared products, and savings and utilisation of raw materials.
What other advantages does the new Pacojet 4 offer us?
With the new model, you will be able to achieve:
• OVERPRESSURE MODE
This air system allows pressurised air to be introduced into the beaker, increasing the volume and creaminess of slushies and sorbets.
• TOUCH SCREEN
Its touch screen allows you to control everything at all times, from operations to maintenance, storage and recipe consultation.
With just one finger, you can control all processes and be notified if any problems arise.
• BEAKERS
The new Pacojet4 beakers are made of unbreakable polycarbonate. They are three times cheaper than the previous version, making it easier to purchase and acquire more beakers for your creations. In addition, they are drop-resistant and easy to identify their contents in the freezer. With the new beakers, there are only advantages.

- ACCESSORIES
The accessories for this new Pacojet 4 allow you to reuse stainless steel bowls from older versions, and even to cut and assemble. Tools available in the Coupé Set.

- KIT NITRO
The Nitro Kit, a jug with a stainless steel cup, is ideal for preparations in which liquid nitrogen is the freezing agent. We recommend that you follow the instructions in our recipes, always ensuring that there is no trace of nitrogen inside the cup.
- CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The device itself has a specific function that controls and records the cleaning and disinfection of your Pacojet4. Thanks to the new “Cleaning Tab“, cleaning will comply with the strictest HACCP standards, achieving over 99.9% hygiene. Its soapy lotion does not produce foam and removes any food residue inside the device.
Pacojet 4 with cocktail makers and baristas
Chefs are no longer the only users of Pacojet; now baristas around the world are incorporating this technology into their bars and cafés. Thanks to its quiet system and elegant presentation, Pacojet offers bartenders a new possibility to make alcoholic sorbets, frozen drinks, snow cones, or other items such as nitro powder, etc. in front of the customer.
